Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind! He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it.
