My hubby took my truck in for an oil change, a few weeks later I noticed a smoking smell so I checked the oil and must have been on a hill and added more oil, a few days later my hubby checked my oil again and again it was low so he added more THEN after checking again, my truck had too much oil. Took it back to Lube City and the team there fixed it free of charge...AmAzInG Team AmAzInG Service!!! Go Team Lube City Beaumont!!! -

Customer Service is Excellent and they tell you the real facts. I never needed any service to my vehicle. The dealership where I purchased my new car emailed,phoned and text me that I needed an oil change, etc. Cost was always between $200.00 - $350.00 every time. Jiffy Lube checked everything, oil fine, low mileage and it was FREE. Thank God for Jiffy Lube !!
