Meet the owner

Sheldon Rozansky has been an IT specialist for over 25 years. It’s safe to say that IT no longer hides any secrets from him. He started as a contract worker, but the company he was working for got sold. In 1999, instead of continuing to juggle contracts, he decided to start his own company in order to guarantee his working hours and run it his way. This is how Les Spécialistes HCS was born. “I come from a family of entrepreneurs,” says Sheldon. “My father had a furniture store when I was little, so I always dreamt of having my own business.”

Sheldon has always supported small Montreal companies, so he understands their mentality and means of operation. “Owners want to get bigger, but don’t always have the means,” he explains. “They work very hard to get by.” It’s a real pleasure for Sheldon to offer them his expertise.
