been going here for the past year and wouldn't go anywhere else. helpful and courteous staff and owner that always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. took in my old bulova watch for a new battery and got it back in what can only be described as better condition than when I gave it to them. whoever worked on it decided to take the effort to clean and my old and worn out case and band.
Took them a month to resize my ring and when I FINALLY got it back, one of the sapphires was missing. They refused to admit that they damaged my ring so now I have to pay the ring fixed somewhere else, since I no longer trust this shady business. The employees and manager are incredibly rude; when they were taking weeks to resize my ring, I called to ask when it would be done and the manager said, "if it were done, we would have called. Don't call here again". Horrible company.
Awesome service. Always a great place to shop or get repairs. Vic serviced my watch and has always done all the repairs to my watchs. Great Guy great service and products.
