I’m usually happy with my haircuts but my latest was a disappointment. I’m thankful that at least hair grows back, but am weary about returning to the salon.
Always look forward to my appointments at Lavish. The style, colour and stylists are always great. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to accommodate me after reopening after the pandemic.
I have never had a worse experience with any service than I did tonight at Lavish Salon and Spa in Whitby. Please. If you're thinking of going here be very weary. I look like a member of the Beatles in the 70's and I went in with hair about 3 inches below my collarbone. The Chop Happy "Stylist"- Brittany happily chopped about 5 inches off my entire head after I requested a 'Long Angled Bob' and no length off the front. STEER CLEAR IF YOU CAN!
We understand you are not happy with your hair and have replied to your other review you posted as well. We have made every effort to contact you and get you in to resolve the situation but we have only heard from your mom saying you will get back to us.

This was my first...
This was my first time trying this spa. Emily was great! She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was as relaxed as possible! The entire staff was accommodating, personable and friendly! Will definitely be returning!
