Ronan Levy saw there were changes that could be made to the gold-buying-and-selling industry, and decided to act on it. “We saw the industry needed a different approach, one that valued its customers,” says Ronan, president and operator of Toronto Gold. “Too often, I hear of stories of people getting lowball offers on their prized possessions. I think the key to good business is treating your customers the way you’d expect to be treated.”
Along with his business partners, Ronan is turning the gold buying-and-selling experience into a more pleasant one for customers.
