We were very happy with the job Konstantin did removing an old air conditioner and installing a new one, however, what was supposed to take 2 hours, took 6, and were not happy with the noise level of the new model. Our yard was also not returned to the way it was, which would not be so bad, except I am unable to do it myself at this time.
