Completely disappointed with Purolator.
Waited on line for 30 min (TWICE) **finally got an Agent - she listened to my issue than put me BACK on HOLD for another 10 min when I finally hung up. Omitted my Physical Address - and only included my PO BOX (Item was a tiny package that would have fit in my mailbox) as I wanted the POST MASTER to hold my parcel. Email sent sighting incomplete address.. reply option with a response time of 2 B-Days. ALL OTHER COMPANIES HOLD AT PO BOXES - YOU SHOULD TOO.
promised by noon tues jan 10 and is now 3.30 pm and no package ......useless to call customer service as they lie to cover up.....should have to refund shipping if cannot live to promises......
