Archadeck did a great job building a custom deck, patio and fire pit for us. The designs were great, and the crews were skilled. We are very pleased.

This firm advertises Free Deck Planning on their website's video, and "Complimentary Free Planning" on HOUZZ"s website-yet charge a $300 fee when they arrive on your property. I was told it was to pay for plans; but when I asked for copies I was refused. They quoted $13,555 for an 11' x 14' deck when every other contractor asked $5,500 to 6,500 for a deck twice that size.
This client has been refunded her $350. The $350 was refunded as soon as I was contacted.
This client was visited on a free consultation. At the end of the consultation, she was asked for a $350 retainer in order to engage our company to design and price solutions for her deck project. She signed a clear retainer agreement and we provided solutions for her. She then signed a contract for us to build her deck project, and gave us a deposit. The client then cancelled her project. All of her deposit, and retainer deposit have been refunded.

Archadeck did a fantastic job on my composite deck. Their staff & crew were friendly & professional. What we liked the most about them was that they completed the job on time!! We have been enjoying our backyard more than we ever had before. Well done Archadeck, well done :)
I strongly sugggest that you do not use Archadeck for any renovation services. We hired them to construct a sunroom and deck. After months and months of issues, crews not showing up to complete the work, and delays after the project started we were left with an unfinished project. We would never recommend that you hire Archadeck to complete a project on your home....
