Called in the evening about my dishwasher was leaking and Randy diagnosed on the phone that the inlet valve on my dishwasher needed to be replaced. He was there the next morning to replace it and was very personable and professional. Would highly recommend him.
I have have the fortunate experience of having Randy fix both my front loading washing machine, in 2008, needed a new pump, and clear the clogged drain.
