I have a Bichon and an extremely sensitive/challenging Sheltie. Both were groomed very well. My sheltie also had his teeth cleaned without being drugged and minimal stress. Again, an excellent job. Both dogs were treated with extra-loving care and attention by friendly, accomodating, and professional staff. I have not experienced this at any other place. Furthermore, they have an open kennel where all the dogs stay together (not in separate cages) to socialize, pet food, clothing, and other pet products. Their prices are reasonable too. Nice place!
I believe 'Pampered Pet's' truly deserves some kind of small business award for such honest, reliable, professional, and down-home service--which is often rare in our society.They are quite unique amongst pet grooming businesses. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have tried several groomers over the years and always felt robbed and disappointed. I've had to drop my dog off at 8 or 9 am and they tell me to pick her up at 4 or 5!!! When I explain she has huge anxiety they say to call at 3 and she may be done!! I have found most very inconsistent the odd time my dogs come back OK but more often then not I'm upset!
The first time I walked into pampered pets I felt the love they have for our animals. My dog has huge separation anxiety and they understood that and when I bring her in they do her right away and call me to pick her up within 2 hours. They are consistent and the job they do is incredible. It almost brings tears to my eyes when she comes running out because they do such an awesome job and she looks sooo adorable!!! Their charges are very fair. Certainly not more then average, but at pampered pets you get your moneys worth. I cant say enough. Thank you ladies at pampered pets, I sure do appreciate you as does Lizzy:)
