Abysmal Customer Service

Obviously Alexander Daniel Salon has too many clientele to accomodate any new requests. I phoned at 1:35 p.m. on April 29th to be immediately placed on hold. After waiting several minutes, I put the phone on "speaker" and used my cell phone to call back. My call went to voicemail at 1:43, 1:59, 2:06, 2:16, and 2:29. Meanwhile, I disconnected the landline at 2:35 after waiting a full hour on hold. I thought I would write a review because this is not the first time that I have called and been placed on hold and forgotten about before the receptionist even tried to determine the nature of my call.
