We keep returning to this place because it is so hard to find such attentive, professional staff in this town anymore.
We always eat at the bar and the bar staff, past and present, are always great. Boston Pizza knows good service and hires its staff accordingly. You pay a little more for the pizza, but it's well worth it.

This was my second time being served by the same waitress who rushed us through our orders, and did not check to see if we were enjoying our dining experience. It was also the second time she rudely accused me of not paying for my meal which I had and regretfully tipped her for both times. I refuse to ever step into Memorial Boston Pizza willingly ever again.
This place is consistently incredible in all facets. Awesome food, superb service & a very pleasurable dining experience, be it on the dining side or the bar side.
Throw you diet out the window when you come in....it's worth it. Top quality ingredients are used & it shows. Always served by friendly, courteous staff & the restaurant is always very clean.

I have been going to this Boston Pizza for 3 years now and it has always exceeded my expectations!! Between the food, atmosphere and staff the combination is hard to top amoung the Thunder Bay restaurant sector. Dave rocks on the bar as well as Justene, Patty and Sonia. Dwane and John have been great on the management team and have always made my visit a pleasure stopping by my table to ensure everything was perfect!! Bring back the Raviolli bites though!!!
