Dr Lin is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and is always honest. She does not upsell. I bring both my sons there for dental work, and only she can support them through their dental related fears. The office staff are kind, please remember that they deal with many rude customers! Be kind everyone!
Dr Lin always answers all my emails within 2 hours - calling in the evening to follow up when I’ve sent her after hours emails about some concerns I had for my children’s teeth. The office staff have also always been cheery, helpful and reassuring when my children have run into emergencies, accommodating us essentially ASAP. We feel well taken care of, looked after by the whole team. Dr Lin explains everything patiently and treats us like family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have very bad experience with these dental office. They are so rude and unprofessional, I will never bring my son there any more. I brought my son to a regular dentist and he started fixing the cavities but since my son was scared with thought of going to a kids dentist. This office just to make money gave an estimate for all tooth to be replaced with crown, and they did not inform us

the receptionist is extremely rude when I was booking the appointment for my kid via phone. she is inpatient on the phone. I can hear her attitude through the phone. the way she talked I dont feel like I'm welcome to the clinic at all. I cannot imagine how she deals with the kids since most of the patients are children. I highly suggest the staff should be retrained. I do not recommend this place at all.
They saw my son on short notice as he broke a molar. The Dr was fast with the repair and my son was all fixed up and back to normal the next day.
I have had both my children there numerous times over the last couple of years ,about 2 times a year and Dr. Lin is the best! Of course it costs money to fix teeth!I know the receptionists have some problems comprehending BUT some there are ok too! It is a pleasant place to visit especially with what the dentists have to do to fix children s teeth.
The receptionists do not know what they are doing. Very rude treatment with customers when money is not seen coming in fast. Charges are arms and legs. The receptionists do not read carefully and they do not listen to the customers with their ears open. Horrible service at the front desk all the time.
I went to that office few time for my kids dental care . All receptions are poor attitudes in this dentist office, even booking appt. on the phone too. . Every time suffering their discriminated eyes. Even patient late 10mins ,they still charge $50 for late appointment fee without notice to patient before the appointment . and the notice/message not post to office too. Even make payment already still not seeing back pt at the same day. And rebook for pt different day . The way they do and treat
I went to this place for treatment of my son when he was 2.5 year old. Doctor suggested to do caping for one of the teeth which was actually not in need. We had some discussion (kind of argument) and I didn't agreed. Later during the treatment she said its not needed. If I would have agreed at first place she would have done it even without the need.
