Great pizza and dessert!

I went to Boston Pizza on May 7th for a friend's birthday party. When I was served my cheese pizza, it tasted really good. It is certainly one of the best Pizzas I've ever had. After the main course, I had Apple crisp and it tasted great than the other Apple Crisps I've ate. Boston Pizza, along with Pizza Hut is one of the best restaurants I've ever ate at. I will definately be coming back.

Came in on a Saturday evening and had something...

Came in on a Saturday evening and had something to eat before our movie started. We were told to wait as someone was cleaning a table for us at that exact moment. A rush of guests came in, most of which were seated before us. An employee finally approached us and asked if we were waiting for something. At this time our seat had already been given away and we had to wait for another one to become free. Finally we were seated but waited quite sometime for someone to even come over so we could order our drinks. When a gentlemen finally stopped by we ordered both our drinks and entrees as we were unaware if he would ever be back. Our drinks were dropped off and that was the last we seen of him the entire time we were there. We even had to flag down another waitress to ask for our bill. Food was fair but we will definitely not be returning as the service was very poor.

Worst service ever, we walked out before we got...

Worst service ever, we walked out before we got our meal ..even before we got our drinks because it took 30 mins. It was ridiculous and I just ordered a pepsi. The bartender was also a real huge B*tch. and we were warned not to go and get our drinks from her when we got there. But to wait for the server. Bad idea to even step foot in that place.I thought that corporate stores like this were suppose to have "secret shoppers" to help maintain service standards?? I guess they missed this place. Boston Pizza Burlington south service road. Is much better service. Also better deals...apparently every Boston Pizza has different deal days. FYI

Okay food, I've been here plenty of times but I wish the food tasted better. The pizza was fine although it could have been cooked for alittle longer.

Caught the game and dinner

Half decent food, great atmosphere, sub-par service. Tons of tv's to watch the hockey game on, pool table, nice patio.
