Ordered a large 4 topping panzerotti to pick up and the employee warned me it would be 30 mintues - no problem. Apon arrival 40 minutes later it still wasn't ready until almost an hour after ordered. I live approximately 8 houses down from the restaurant and when I crack the panzerotti open, it was cold, had 3 strips of uncut bacon and veggies still raw. Called in and manager offered me a new one and delivered - awesome! Sadly the second one had raw dough and cheese hadn't even melted yet. SAD
The pizza was amazing, toppings were very fresh and abundant. I loved the panzerotti and marinara dip (though i admit it was greasy). The atmosphere was comfortable over-all, with a vintage-romantic feel. 9/10 would recommend, I'll be back for certain.
we haven't been there in years, so we thought we would order 3 Pazarotti the place was dirty and service wasnt very good and it cost $52 it was the worst we have ever tasted it was the wrong items and it was uncooked, the items were raw inside and it was like eating a spoon for of oil, all three of felt sick for a couple of day we couldn't even eat it all.. it was so gross,
i have talk to a few people after, they had said the same, will never order again
