Wow! This doc is so wonderful with kids. She examined my daughter who won't let our family doctor touch her! She is patient and talks to my child as well as me and my daughter keeps asking when we are going back. I'm surprised by some of the comments here that are negative. She is the only skin doctor for children in Hamilton, so she is busy. And sometimes the wait can be a bit long but i think its because she's taking off bad moles or something. Secretary is GREAT!

Our average wait time is about an hour to see the doctor (at least 3 appointments). I'm not sure why this happens. I'm not about to ask, despite the frustration level. Who has time for this? Maybe I just don't understand what goes on behind the scenes. Perhaps a few less appointments for the day would help?

Don't waste your time waiting for this appointment. Find another doctor. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Randhawa was extreamly professional, throughout, compassionate and gentle with my daughter. She took her time with us and has a lovely deminor. Had to wait a few minutes but this is to be expected with any specialist especially someone working with children. Highly recommend.

Before the appointment the doctor herself demanded the cost of the consult upfront and cash (no change provided) because her computer doesn't work and she cannot process the, otherwise, valid health card. After complain at Ministry of Health the charge has been refunded. Very low ethics for this doctor....
