I was in a car accident and my insurance gave me a list of approved repair shops. These guys here know their stuff. They also helped me with a rental car. My car was fixed on time and they were super friendly the whole time! I would not hesitate to bring my car back or refer my friends. Great service!!
This is one of the most horrible customer service experiences I had. My insurance company recommended this shop for inspection of damages from the accident so had to grudgingly approve towing of our car to that facility. All the people I dealt with including Edward were rude, arrogant, unhelpful and difficult. They even picked up arguments at every stage. It was outright weird and appalling to being asked to bring a screwdriver and own tools to get the license plate out of the car.
