The poor reviews for this place doesn't surprise me at all. The manager Has worked at a few different establishments in this city and I've had issues with her attitude before. She's sarcastic and ignorrant , and should consider another line of work , the hospitality isn't for her.
The worse service ever. We arrived and we waited for about 10-15 mins for a table and there was empty tables. Once we finally got a seat we waited for almost 15 mins just to get drinks and then another half hour to get our food. The manager came over and asked how our food was and I told them that is was ok and they said that was going to see why it took sooo long to get food and she never came back. Guess they really dont care about there customers. I would not go back to this restaurant.
I went to the restaurant today with my husband and son, and left within 15 minutes. We were seated on the patio, and while we sat and perused the menu, I noticed that not one, but several people were smoking. My son has NEVER been exposed to second hand smoke, even though both my husband and I do. Not only were we ignored, not even offered so much as a glass of water, but when I complained about the smoking, nothing was done to rectify it. Being that this establishment is the ONLY establishment in my city with a licensed patio, I found it disappointing that I couldn't enjoy my meal without smoking someone elses cigarette. I will NEVER go back, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to either.
