Booked a flight this coming April 13th and will be flying YVR-TPE-BKK. The site itself is easy to use and my flight confirmation arrived 15 minutes after, which is pretty fast if you ask me.

I had a really negative and disappointing experience with JustFly. The call centre reps don't do what they promise on the phone. They didn't send me the right ticket information and when I called back they pretended like I never called and asked for it. They made me cancel my entire flight and rebook it again and pay for all the fees in order to fix the ticket information. It took 4 hours and 3 reps to go through this process. I regret booking with them and don't recommend using them AT ALL.
I went through the process, and at the end hit "buy ticket" or whatever the name of the button was. I promptly revived an error message and it sent me back to "try again". I did try again, but on another site. Later that night I reviewed a survey, though it was odd since I never got the ticket, only to find that I DID get the ticket, they just didn't inform me. Now I had two tickets to Europe! They canceled my reservations but after the fee. I had to pay them for their mistake.
Rude representatives, don't know how to help, kept down the phone multiple times.
By-mistake I booked a wrong date airline ticket. 85$ cancellation charge, though I cancelled it within 15 minutes of booking, hidden terms, followed by over 15 days of waiting (still waiting) for my refund. They promise 10 day return. Tired of calling and getting cold responses.
Last representative told me to call the airline to seek refund, could not connect me to any supervisor, not even give airline's no.
