2022 - and still nothing has changed. Applied for my daughter OCI application, then because of the incorrect information, has to apply for visa too since then my OCI postal was returned, and now my visa got returned too because of incorrect information provided by BLS agent. This is the worst service I had to deal with & they do not explain that you need to send them a draft cheque and do not call you to tell you the or tell you before hand. I gave them a months time and they gas light me till I needed to travel. Either don't deal with them or give them 2 months to get anything done. Your money will be drained by them! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! Don't belive!
