Absolutely horrible experience! Worst customer service ever! Error on their part caused. A 10 week wait for a warranty fix when it took less than 2 weeks to actually fix! Never even got an apology. Manager was extremely rude. Never would I recommend this company ever!!

Although I had to wait extremely long as tech was in a meeting for hours which was so frustrating, he did eventually fix the issue that I had and the laptop I purchased is now working fine and downloading. Their items are better than you think and I have many friends that purchased refurbished items and work just fine. Happy New Year 2018
