You will notice that all past reviews are all old from 7-10 years ago and no longer reflect today. The restaurant has been renovated, the worn furniture and decor replaced with more modern look, very nice atmosphere. The food is generally excellent. They have a large covered patio for outdoor eating. Surprisingly they also have a classy banquet hall downstairs for large family events so its not necessary to go out of your way. Read more

I absolutely love to eat out, and do it a great deal. I have eaten at many fine dining restaurants throughout Ottawa. Over the last two years, each time I go out, I realize I cannot top this moxies. The food may not be considered fine dining, but it is very good. What makes up for it is the service. The staff at this location are fabulous. I went there with no expectations, and was agreeably surprised. Service was fast. We made our first order (a mix of many things) and everything was brought to the table as it was ready so we were able to start eating. Food was great; service was great. We did order a bit too much too fast, so a tip would be to not order too much food at first, and to re-order more often smaller quantities. I'm not a huge sushi connoisseur; but for the average person looking for sushi and bang for your buck, this place is great. Their Saturday lunch all-you-can-eat is only 14.99. Read more
