I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. From the first contact to driving away this was the best and easiest car shopping experience. I have now bought 2 vehicles from Neal and have referred countless friends and family who have all had similar experiences. I am so thankful for Neal to get me into a nice reliable suv that I can be proud to drive.
