I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable. Read more

I have to say, I absolutely love Goodlife Fitness in Airdrie. Firstly, the staff are fantastic, never too busy to have a chat or help you out. Secondly, the gym is always spotlessly clean, as are the change rooms. The classes and instructors are wonderful and very motivating.
