The value for quality and quantity is excellent and it is fast. If you want to stick to healthier options you can or go full in on deep fried crispy sweet saucy meats. I eat here a lot. The facility is modern and clean and the staff are always friendly even when they have a customer with a hydraulic press trying to compress as much food into the plastic container as possible.

Super petit buffet. Rien à voir avec les chaînes des gros buffets qu'on retrouve en ville. Excellent service et produits frais sans aucun doutes sur la fraîcheur des aliments. Not a huge variety, but what was there was very good. The chicken wings were great, the chicken balls were more meat than breading, the rice was good, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. I go to the Island for the harness racing and will definitely go back to this restaurant. At $10.95 for a lunch buffet, it's hard to beat this one!!!
