Very poor attitude. If you ask too many questions to try and understand the arrangements he will tell you to call another company.

Any time I have arranged for a one-way pick up at Detroit Metro (DTW) for travel back into Canada they have provided an a reliable service to me and my clients. Windsor Airport Metro Cars is the company I call to book in advance as well as last minute request. I have no complaints.

If I had a 0, I would give that. The owner is hostile, rude and provides terrible customer service. I was not provided the name and number of the driver in advance. When I couldn’t locate the car at the airport, I called the owner. He yelled at me for getting 10 min early. He called the driver onsite and then called me back. I was able to find the driver; I said thank you and hung up. He texted me back and told me to never call him again. — no problem!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Poor communicators. When details for pick up were messed up, instead of working with us, they yelled at us, became hostile and threatened us.
