They did a good job but customer service and communications are disappointing. Nick told me he will charge by hour. He finished 2 day job within one day so we asked if we can get a discount. He said that he cannot give any discount because of the insurance. When we paid for a job, I asked Nick if it is possible to email us cost breakdown. Nick promised he will. A day later Nick informed us that they cannot give us a cost breakdown. I then emailed him asking why. Then his father who is the owner
