Absolutely awful. I had Donna make a shoulder strap for my purse.Due to incomplete rivets put on the onlyone side, she glued the strap on one side ... and it kept coming undone, so I asked her to do it again. She charged me $240 to complete a strap on my purse. When I had her fix my other purse, she never fixed the hole in the purse, even though I paid her extra to do this, and she put a cheap orange strap on a light brown purse and hid the old strap in the lining of the purse. I confronted her

This business ruined my boots. Charged extra than the quote for work that had not been done. Cut 4" from top of my boot and used totally different leather material for the piping on top instead of using the scraps that had been cut off. Not professionally done.

Called to inquire about my boots that I dropped off less than a week ago and the man I spoke with on the phone was extremely condescending and downright rude to me when I asked him when he thought they might be ready. I've worked in customer service all my life and would never talk to a customer the way he spoke to me. I'll be picking up my boots and fixing them myself!

Great experience with Duncan Cobbler. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Drove from nanaimo to duncan for birkenstocks. They didn't have the style I wanted and went out of there way to order the style and size I needed. I will recommend Duncan Cobbler to all of my friends and family.
