Beware. The DSE Appliance company was contracted by the LG to service our fridge . Technician came , assessed the problem and left to ... “ order parts, and be back next week”. There has been no communication , our calls not returned weeks later. It has now been over a month and we had to contact LG to investigate . We’ve been told that our fridge is marked as fixed with a number of parts replaced and paid for .
