I was the wedding photographer for a wedding yesterday, and when the bride started to put on her dress we noticed that the zipper had fully broken in the process. Totally panicked, we all started to call local seamstresses hoping that somebody would be open to fixing it for us ASAP so that she wouldnt miss her own wedding ceremony. I was running late last Saturday to pick up some dry cleaning that I needed urgently. I called the store and realized that I wouldn't be able to make it in time (the store was closing in 5 mins and I was 20 min drive away). But the employee said she would wait for me and keep the store open so I could get my clothes! such great customer service! :)
