I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Mike! I lived in an older home that was in desparate need of a bathroom reno. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote. Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well! Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went. Being 1 of 2 females who have to contend with all aspects of owning a home, I was pleased to see that Mike did not treat me any differently. My advise is, if you want it done right, call Mike! My water heater had to be replaced .It is Dec 22.I get one from Payzants. Called around for the best price to get it installed . Some nut wanted $600. plus tax , another wanted $450. plus tax and this is if all went smooth. I call Gary Dec 23 he said it is double time so his rate was $150. per hour and it should only be 2hrs .Right on the money, in and out in 2hrs. I would highly recommend him .
