They have a wonderful caring way with their customers which in Sidney is such an asset with so many retired and elderly people. One of the most professional dry cleaning businesses around. On two separate occasions, One Hour Cleaners have cleaned stains that I thought would never come out. They removed the stains without leaving any other markings on the fabric, whether it was silk or nylon blends they understand how to treat each fabric. I received a custom made dress in the mail and it STANK. After trying everything I could think of to resolve the issue, I took it to Boulevard Cleaners. The amount of work they put into getting the dress to the point where it was wearable was definitely not reflected in the price. These people are not only professional, but kind-hearted.
