BED BUGS! Absolutely avoid this place if you can. Convenient location and helpful staff but rooms are full of BED BUGS! that is a complete turn off and a no no for any Traveller to such a great city which full of life. I can understand a random incident, but I don't expect customers to pay for the hotel's lax attitude towards hygiene and basic convenience! Highly dissatisfied since this is a very undesirable end to a wonderful trip.. :(
