They dont care about residents health or human rights such as Second Hand Smoking as most or all of their office staff and/or management are smokers. Yet theyll issue numerous letters to everyone saying its prohibited to smoke in stairways and throw cigarette butts over the balconies instead of just making the establishment Smoke Free Housing like most respectful organizations. Bathroom and Stove vents have never worked and believe this should be some form of a health code violation.
