Horrible place to live. Management tries to scam you and if you report any issues with your room, they sometimes don’t even bother to fix it. Secretary has an attitude and is very unorganized as she makes a lot of mistakes and blames it on my roommates and I. Rented my room and found out it had a broken back door, electrical outlets were not securely placed on wall and now our stove doesn’t work. Also ants and cockroaches infest this place. Overall TERRIBLE and overpriced! I stayed bc of school.

Terrible. Terrible. Other persons review about management / leaks in windows / poor insulation / don't bother with complaints. Incredible how someone else's review is so spot on with mine. Defiantly speaks loudly too me about this building. Just terrible. Save yourself the time, money and energy.

Awesome apartment with friendly staff, good prices, and nice apartments. Lived here for school and enjoyed it

BEWARE Ridiculous...

BEWARE Ridiculously high electricity bills sent by Carma Billing averaging $300. leaks in windows and poor insulation. Bad Management very unprofessional do not bother about complaints.
