    good experince of the after sales service

    I had done duct cleaning with the double diamond. I was not happy with the first service. But the owner had contacted me after wards for the customer satisfaction survey courtesy call and I told him the truth. He came for visit next day and day after he almost redo the whole job by himself. He had gone beyond for that extra mile which would satisfy you of making right choice. I would say they have good working ethics. When you call, ask for Phil.

    bad experience of duct cleaning

    I had double diamond duct cleaning for my duct cleaning. Inspite of the higher fees i went with them in hope that the job will be well done. But NO, from the moment they came they were rushing and pushing through the job. they were not ready to install new cheapst filter, which was confirmed before the order. They didn't do sanitization of the ducts at the end. there were all kind of loose dust left in the supply ducts, which they were not ready to clean saying they just blow 250 psi air and what ever cleaned is cleaned. I certainly don't recommend them at all.
