I usually go to the Main St location but went to West Dr bcuz closer to home. And I regret going..disgusting in regards to cleanliness and produce was not fresh, staff are rude. I recommend the Main St location much cleaner, produce fresher, staff still rude though.
The reason i gave it 2 stars because it have the product i like that i couldn't find anywhere else accross Ontario, however the service is really really bad
I just went here to buy oxtail and cow foot and the meat cutters (two to be exact) were very rude and discriminatory. When the meat cutter placed the oxtail on the scale, I requested that he give me a different one and he started cursing at me saying that: "you people problem. No, more and started cursing in his language. I turned to one of his colleague and asked for the manager and he to me; no manager, manager sleeping in bed and they all started laughing.
