    Always a wonderful time at the clinic, the receptions were very generous even st 8am in the morning. My experience was great for the hour and half I was there, the doctors are the best. I was truly satisfied with my visit the other day

    The Doctor was very good, but the staff are another story! I went to pick up my glasses and when I got to the car I noticed that one of the arms had some sticky residue on it; I returned to the store to get them to clean it. I ended up waiting over 80 minutes and on top of that when I complained they were quite rude about it. The Doctor asked me to return for a follow up appointment in 3 months, I phoned to reschedule the eye appointment and surprise surprise they were unbelievably rude again

    Terrible service

    Hate this place, will never go back. Had to go see one of their doctors THREE times to get my prescription fixed for a new pair of frames. Just today when my father's lens popped out of his glasses, the store was closed despite having a ton of employees inside and refused to help him. Me and my family will be going to Hakim Optical from now on - a store that is actually open on Saturdays and was more than happy to help my dad with his glasses.
