Cloverbar Feeds provides extremely poor customer service. They do NOT abide by the Manufacturer's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Even when called by the Manufacturer. The owner is argumentative and rude. They don't even stand by their own credit policy by refusing to credit the amount paid by the customer for a product; instead claiming that only their cost is refundable. I have shopped at this store for many years but will NEVER return again. And I will make sure that all of my friends and family in the Sherwood Park/Strathcona County area find an alternate store to shop at for their pet food needs.
