Kelly completed his undergrad in English Literature at the University of Calgary in 2011. Kelly has recently moved back to Red Deer after completing his law degree at the University of Victoria in 2017. Kelly enjoys hiking, climbing, swimming, standup comedy, and spending time with his Fiancée, Payton. Kelly is a lifelong Red Deerian whose family roots stretch back for three generations, and he is proud to be serving the community where he was raised.
